Staff was extremely friendly and personal to my autistic 6 year old and helping her pick out flowers for her 16 year old sister who was in the hospital. The flower arrangement was perfect and exactly as expected. Great shop! Will definitely return!

I have used Flowers by Louise over the last 10 years and never been disappointed. Today's experience is a perfect example of the service and quality that make them my go to. In the moment I was hunting for a small but specific arrangement. I walked in and the ready made vases were not appropriate. Despite being very busy they took time and built an arrangement on the spot to fit my vision and my budget. I am ever so thankful.

I bought my mom flowers. She said they didn't look healthy and called Flowers by Louise. They brought her another arrangement and those too weren't right and to just refund my card. Which they did. The following day the owner called me and said that even though they refunded my card it still didn't make it right. She wanted to create an arrangement so my mom could see that they can do flowers right. Flowers by Louise really went above and beyond. They treat their customers extremely well. Here is the final arrangement and it's so beautiful!

I am in Orlando, FL and Girlfriend is in Wasilla. I called today for flowers to be delivered. I told them how much I wanted to spend and that she loves fragrant flowers & big bouquets. In less than 2 hours, my Girlfriend sent me a photo of the most beautiful arrangement! She loved the roses and lillies. I could not have asked for a better arrangement or service. This place is the absolute best!!! Would give 10 stars if I could!

This florist never disappoints. My loved ones and I always use these professionals for a reason… fresh and beautifully presented. The designers are gifted and the quality of work is evident. Seriously never cease to amaze me (and I wanted to be a florist as a child!). Christine is an asset to this establishment and commendable in her empathy and understanding. Thank you for bringing joy into my home for 3 years running. ✨💕✨
